If you decide to cancel your booking, here is everything there is to know about our cancellation policy:

Cancelling a confirmed booking

When canceling a confirmed booking it depends on the moment of cancellation if, and for what amount you will be refunded.

You will receive a full refund when canceling within 24 hours of making the booking.

You will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus a service fee of 15€ per person when canceling more than 24 hours after making the booking and more than 5 days before the start of the booking.

When canceling less than 5 days before the booking, or if the time between the moment of booking and the start of the booking is less than 24 hours you will not receive a refund.

If an experience is canceled by the host company, the guest will receive a 100% refund.

*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.

Rescheduled bookings

In case your booking was rescheduled, the cancellation policy takes into account the date when the original booking was made. Therefore, whenever you cancel a booking which was rescheduled, no refunds apply.

Same day bookings

If the booking was made for the same day, meaning the starting time is within 24 hours no refunds apply.

Cancelling an unconfirmed booking

All bookings on request need to be confirmed by the host company within 48 hours. If you cancel an unconfirmed booking within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
